JBUJB for Business

Your next supplier. Your next business customer.

Find your suppliers on JBUJB, receive their deliveries straight into your stock, and sell to other businesses, from the workspace you already run your business with.

Buy and sell between businesses

Restaurants, shops and salons buy their supplies here; wholesalers and producers find businesses that buy from them.

When you buy

Every supplier and every delivery, kept with your stock.

  • Find suppliers — browse the businesses listed as suppliers, by category and city, and ask them to connect.
  • Receive deliveries — one delivery note, several products: what you accept, what you refuse and why, at the right cost.
  • Follow lots and expiry dates — orders take the first expiring lot first; expired stock is set aside before it is sold.
  • Scan barcodes — a USB or Bluetooth scanner adds packs to a delivery; case labels fill in their lot and expiry date.
  • Count and return — stock counts approved before they change anything, and goods sent back to the supplier they came from.

When you sell

Be found by the businesses that need what you sell.

  • Publish your supplier profile — what you supply, where you deliver, your lead times and how you are paid.
  • Answer connection requests — businesses ask to work with you; you accept or decline.
  • Invite your customers — send a link to the businesses that already buy from you; they add you as a supplier in one step.
  • Keep your own business running — the same workspace runs your sales, your stock and your team.

How it works

01

Create your business account

Or sign in with the account you already use for your business.

02

Find or invite

Search the suppliers listed on JBUJB, or send a link to the ones you already work with.

03

Work together

Record their deliveries into your stock, lot by lot, with what was accepted and refused.

What the other business sees

Only your public business identity: your name, your city, your logo. Your sales, your stock, your customers and your notes about a supplier stay private.

Questions

Do I need to publish a storefront to buy supplies?

No. Buying from suppliers and selling to the public are separate: your business account is enough to find suppliers and record their deliveries.

My supplier is not on JBUJB. Can I still use it?

Yes. Keep them as a private supplier record and record their deliveries; you can invite them to JBUJB with a link whenever you like.

Do I need special equipment to scan barcodes?

Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner in keyboard mode works. You can also type the codes.

Does it work for restaurants as well as shops and salons?

Yes. Ingredients and retail products are received, counted and followed by lot the same way; lot tracking is turned on only for the items that need it.
